Small - Single Floor - 6mil
Small - Both Floors - 10mil ★ recommended
Medium - starting at 15milcurrently not designing larges (´ ^ `)*prices are in gil - I don't do RMT

terms and conditions

> I'll require full payment after we discuss a design and before I begin building.> The design fee does not include furniture> All housing items are to be provided by the customer. A base set of gil will be required for vendor items and dyes> Remaining items may be either crafted by house owner or gil can be provided for buying items on the Market Board> You might be asked to provide non-craftable and non-marketboard items, such as furniture from Fate Gemstones, Bozja, Gathering/Crafting scrips, etc> No extra fees for yard/garden design, but furnishings are to be provided as well> Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for design completion. I can't be online 24/7 as I have work and other IRL obligations> I reserve myself the right to decline any designs that I do not feel comfortable doing
